This 3-day online certificate course takes on the Pilates session with a physical therapy approach. Course participants learn safe ways to work with clients who suffer from some of the most commonly encountered pathologies and injuries via lectures, discussion, demonstrations, and practice. Sam is a licensed Physical Therapist, a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, and BASI Faculty. She will help you find ways to apply the skills learned during teacher training to implement in practical and therapeutic ways.
